when uverse comes to your hood you have fiber to the SAI box so it's very consistant. uverse uses VDSL vs ADSL which is the reason for the 100 buck modem router.

your distance with uverse is your house to the box out in your alley.

I can do pretty much any friday but it has to be after 10pm but I'm booked saturdays until Feb. and of course any day of the week after 10 but I don't think you stay up that late lol

and I the likelyhood of you ripping something from bumping up tenlbs is tiny. you've been working out very regularly for over a year your body is used to the motions and the activity. you might run out of gas sooner on reps but I don't think you are going to hurt yourself.
