dude i am done with this cause now we are so off subject of what this is really about and i am not herew to argue about petty bullshit you have some good point and i had some so we will leave it at that. it was supposed to be a discussion but it has gotten way out of control and that is not why i am on this forum

it is not just the housing market that put this all in the shitter.

and when you have a business you have overhead what do you think that paycheck you collect comes from thin air no someone takes the money they make and gives you a piece of it and a good chunk gets put back into the company for the insurance materials equipment utilities and building etc.. what do you think that everything the boss makes is all profit. you need to get your facts straight when you compair someones who owns a business to someone who collects a paycheck and if you are working at walmart for 10.00 hr and you get a 280,000 loan maybe you are the problem

im not saying that people lost there houses cause they lost there job i am saying that some people are greedy and over extended themself you are right about that but that is just a part of it. take for example i have a friend whos parents owned a construction company for 35 years that was very profitable and lived in a 280,000 dollar house they forclosed because they no longer have a income cause no one is building they didnt overspend they have just fallen on hard times and couldnt keep it going. so you cant put everyone in the catigory of recless spending

ya your right i own a motorcycle shop and thats right people can live without it but i also know that when the economy was good shit whas flying off the shelf. i am a market that has gone stagnent. but my neighbor to my shop does industrial lighting and he had a record year in 2009. a 20 million year. Some business are hurting and some arent. you also have to relize to is that without people like your uncle or me this economy wouldnt survive he may be doing awsome which is great for him and i might be hurting but there can be the day where tables are turned. that is what makes this country what it is . people taking a risk and having a dream and going after it. he wanted to do batterys i wanted to do bikes. but just remember that without people like us we would still live in caves and finger paint on walls

ya but for the longest time people where making money and spending money so people where loaning money. i am assuming that you have a car bike and maybe a house. and i bet when you bought those things you took out a loan for some of them am i right. and when you took out the loan they looked to see how much money you made. But when you took out that loan you didnt think twice about maybe i should wait till i can pay in cash. cause the bank said yes and you where like why wait when i can get a loan. now what if you lost your job and couldnt find work no fault of your own. is it your fault for being greedy or is it the banks fault for letting you be greedy. cause you could pay a monthly payment before and now you cant

man you are looking at the small picture you have to look at the big picture ya there are people who can still buy an ipad but there are alot more people who cant put gas in there car to even look for a job. but you fail to relize that we all do it in our own way. this is a bike forum how many people on here do you think have spent thousands of dollars on shit for there bikes that they dont need but they wanted it so they got it. wouldnt that be buying bullshit or am i wrong. hell if you wanted to go deeper into it do we realyy need motorcycles cause winter outdose summer here. so would you consider your or my bikes bullshit

man that is how the economy works it is ment to rise and fall its just this time it fell harder then normal. and your right there will be people who will spend the money in stupid ways and there will be people who spend it the right way. people who want to make there lifes better and do not wanna be in the mess will pay off debts and others will go out and buy a new tv. that will never change no matter how much you try. but both ways will help the economy cause one person will give money owed to the bank which clears a debt and the other will put a person in a job cause since they sold a tv now they have to make another one to replace the one that just sold. it is a giant circle. things go round and round. this isnt the first or the last time this will happen. but the middle and lower class make the majority of this country and when they arent spending money the rich dont get any richer. and the poor dont get any richer

but in order for people to have a job there has to be people willing to spend the money to buy what they make and with everyone in debt there is no expendable income which means no one to buy stuff which means no one needs the workers which means no one is working. man being a business owner i cant hire anyone cause there is no one to buy stuff from me so that means i cant pay people to do nothing see how this works

man if they woul have given all that money to the people instead of the banks then we wouldnt be in this crap cause what do people do when the get a bunch of money they spend it. and what happens when they spend money our economy gets better
