Filed back in early Feb and the Feds have already paid me.

Amusingly enough, the state hasn't paid me yet though. They're normally weeks faster than the Feds. Not that I'm surprised...

Well I used AT&T from about Dec 2007 through March of 2009, so my time with them wasn't that long ago. I know that Chicago was one of the first markets to be fully upgraded as well and I believe they were by then. For what it's worth, my main source of info back then came from folks from the XDA-Developers, PPCGeeks, and DSLReports.com forums.
